More than a sale, this was an endurance contest with a number of moving parts that took 5 very long months to complete.  My client, the Buyer, had a steadfast vision of what this property could be and with incredible patience and strategic pressure we were able to close escrow.  The sale was complicated by a number of factors, any one of which gave doubt to a positive outcome.  At the end of the day my client realized his dream and now he’s beginning to realize his vision.
