I represented the buyers on their purchase of this updated view property in Woodland Hills. The home had been on the market for some time and we were able to purchase it for under the reduced asking price. It later appraised for well over our contract price. The home can use a bit more updating and modifying, but the bones are excellent and the neighborhood is great for my clients and their growing family.
